ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.352 of 1/4

2023 dated 20.10.2023 on the file of the first respondent police and file a final report within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, based on the complaint given by the second respondent, F.I.R in Crime No.352 of 2023 has been registered for the offences under Sections 294 (b) and 323 of IPC. Thereafter, no proper investigation has been conducted and so far not filed the final report. Hence, he has filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent police would submit that already they have completed the investigation, but so for not filed the final report and they will file the final report within one month.

4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to complete the investigation and to file the final report, the first respondent police have already completed the investigation and seeks one month time to file the final report before the concerned Court, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the first respondent to file the final report within one month from the date of this order. 2/4

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
