ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed by the petitioner to quash the proceedings pending against him in Crime No.95 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.95 of 2015 has been completed and final report is also made ready as against this petitioner. He further submitted that in view of the pendency of this petition, they have not yet filed the final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent police to file the final report before the concerned Magistrate forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy, by filing necessary protest petition before the Magistrate, if he is so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
