Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to disburse the medical expenses of Rs.9,10,992/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs Ten Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Two only) for the treatment underwent by the petitioner with 18% interest from the month of his applications respectively to the date of actual payment.

ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to disburse the medical expenses of Rs.9,10,992/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs Ten Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Two only) for the treatment underwent by the petitioner with 18% interest from the month of his applications respectively to the date of actual payment.
2. Heard Ms.M.Padmavathy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.T.Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.C.Karthik, learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

3. The petitioner has given the following chart to show that the medical reimbursement made by him on various dates:
4. The learned counsel for the fourth respondent, on instructions, submitted that as against the claim No.2, 3, 4, the fourth respondent has settled the eligible amount payable to the petitioner under the scheme and with regard to the claim in respect 4/7
of serial No.1 and 5 no papers have been received by the fourth respondent so far.

In view of the above, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the claim settled to him in respect of serial No.2, 3 and 4, it is open to him to prefer an appeal before the District Level Empowering Committee. So far as the claim in respect of serial No.1 and 5, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to forward the papers to the fourth respondent with due recommendations, if any, within a period of four weeks.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
