ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in connection with Crime No.136 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 420, 294(b), 323 and 506(1) of IPC, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner received a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- from the defacto complainant by promising that he will secure government job for the daughter of the defacto complainant and thereafter, he failed to secure any job and also refused to return the money. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already returned a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- and therefore, he prays for the grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) strongly opposes for grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that the investigation is yet to be completed. 5.Considering the nature of the offence and the conduct of the petitioner, this 2/3

Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
