ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.02.2016 and investigate the same within the time stipulated fixed by this Court and recover the money from the proposed party.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate cor the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 22.02.2016, it essentially appears to be civil dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party, which had taken place way back in the year 2011 and it is seen that certain money has been paid by the opposite party to the petitioner in the year 2011. Hence, no positive direction as prayed for can be given.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
