ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to register a case/FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.02.2016 and investigate into the matter in accordance with law and file a final report

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate cor the respondents.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that on the complaint dated 26.02.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 09.03.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to

law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
