This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.176 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent police within a time frame fixed by this Court. 1/4

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that it is a property dispute. However, they have registered the case based on the directions issued by the learned Magistrate under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. and the substantial portion of the investigation has already been completed and they need some more time to complete the investigation. 3.Considering the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent police to complete the investigation by finding out the real truth and to file a final report before the concerned Court either way, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
