[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of his wife from the custody of respondents 3 and 4 and to set her at liberty.

2.The detenue is a major. She informed us that she is with her father and she is not under the illegal custody of respondents 3 and 4.
