ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to dispose of his representation dated 06.11.2024 made to the first respondent seeking removal of the names of the respondents 2 to 8, which according to the petitioner, have been erroneously included in the UDR patta.

2. Considering the limited scope of the prayer in the writ petition, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2024, on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner as well as the respondents 2 to 8 and thereafter, shall pass final orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
