O R D E R

This petition is filed for an early disposal of O.S.No.257 of 2021, pending on the file of the Additional District Court, Dindigul. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the first respondent has filed a suit in O.S.No.257 of 2021 as against the petitioner and the respondents 2 & 3 for the relief of cancellation of a sale deed dated 12.04.2017. The petitioner has also filed written statement stating that the second respondent/first defendant has lawfully sold the suit properties to the petitioner. The petitioner has also invested a huge amount for development of those properties and subsequently, the properties have been converted as plots and the petitioner has sold some of the plots to the various prospective purchasers. Under such circumstances, the suit has been filed by the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court for an early disposal of the suit in O.S.No. 257 of 2021.

3.This Court considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the materials placed on record.

4.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Dindigul to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.257 of 2021, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
