Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents herein to produce the body or person of the petitioner's daughter namely Manimegalai aged about 18 years, before this Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner.

ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the the respondents herein to produce the body or person of the petitioner's daughter namely Manimegalai aged about 18 years, before this Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in Crime No.93 of 2019 and during the course of enquiry, the victim girl/Manimegalai appeared before the enquiry officer and gave a statement that on her own violation she went along with his friend and thereafter she returned back to her house.
