Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DINESH K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5089 of 2023, dated 17.03.2023 .
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
3.It is informed that the first petitioner had met with an accident and as such, the petitioners could not able to comply with the condition imposed by this Court. Though the petitioners have complied with the condition only for 10 days, considering the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
