Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the petitioner's daughter namely Jesima, daughter of Jahir Hussain aged about 29 years before this Court.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the petitioner's daughter namely Jesima, daughter of Jahir Hussain aged about 29 years before this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in Crime No.182 of 2019 and during the course of enquiry, the victim girl/Jesima appeared before the enquiry officer and gave a statement that on her own violation she went along with one Rajini and married him on 25.03.2019 and accordingly, it was closed. The petitioner also gave a statement that no further action is necessary on her complaint.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9085 of 2019 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the complaint given by the petitioner came to be closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
