ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.202/2019 was registered and during the course of investigation, it was found that the husband of the petitioner, namely, Nagendran, left India on 14.01.2019 via Calicut Airport and thereafter did not return to India. He would further submit that the petitioner has given a statement to the second respondent Police that her husband came to India and appeared before the Dindigal Police Station. He would therefore submit that the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
