ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to comply with the order in Cr.M.P. No.129 of 2022 dated 16.12.2022 passed by the Learned Special Judicial Magistrate for Land Grabbing Case(FAC), Ramanathapuram and consequently register the Petitioner's complaint dated 08.12.2022 within a time as stipulated by the Court.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the order passed by the Special Judicial Magistrate for Land Grabbing Case(FAC), Ramanathapuram in Cr.M.P.No.129 of 2022, dated 16.12.2022 enquiry was undertaken by the respondent police and during the course of enquiry, it was found out that it is a civil dispute between the parties and that the said complaint was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the out come of the 2/5
