PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondents to produce the person or body of the petitioner's daughter namely Mrs.S.Sangeetha (21/19) W/o.S.Sundaresan) before this Court and set her at liberty. This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the person or body of the petitioner's daughter namely Mrs.S.Sangeetha (21/19) W/o.S.Sundaresan) before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, the case in Crime No.14 of 2019 has been registered under Women Missing. During the course of investigation, it was found that the victim girl/Sangeetha went along with one Dinesh Kumar by deserting her husband and the victim girl/Sangeetha has appeared before the investigating officer and refused to go along with the petitioner or her husband. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9088 of 2019 3.At the time of occurrence, the victim girl/Sangeetha was major and on her own volition she went along with one Dinesh kumar and she wanted to marry him. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
