Originally Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed and subsequently as per the orders of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.06.2019, Registry has renumbered the same as Criminal Original Petition.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (11.01.2022), the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the parties have entered into settlement and the same was reported to the second respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the parties have entered into settlement and after recording the same, the complaint was ordered to be closed as 'further action dropped'.
