This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to respondents to issue consolidated mark statement, course completion certificate provisional certificate and transfer certificate to the petitioner for BA Degree Tamil under Register No.17CT500300218.

2.Heard Mr.E.V.N.Siva, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and Mr.K.Ragatheesh Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

W.P.[MD]No.8457 of 2022 3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the relief sought for by the petitioner can be granted. The said statement is recorded.

4.Accordingly, this Court directs the first and second respondents to issue consolidated mark statement, course completion certificate provisional certificate and transfer certificate to the petitioner for BA Degree Tamil under Register No.17CT500300218, within a period of two [2] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
