This writ petition has been filed, questioning the impugned orders of the first respondent passed in Na.Ka.U.E.1/4291/2012 dated 09.07.2015 and Na.Ka.U.E.1/4291/2012 dated 14.09.2015, vide which, the charge of maintenance of bank accounts of the Panchayat has been transferred to the second respondent and the executive powers of the petitioner, being the President of Nallamayakanpatti Village Panchayat, has been transferred to the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.It is common knowledge that the posts of President, Vice President, etc., are no more in existence and therefore, this Court is of the view that no further order is required in this petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infrucuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
