ORDER

Seeking to direct respondent police to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 22.12.2025, this writ petition is filed.

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the 3rd respondent, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that already both the petitioner and the 3rd respondent were put on notice and enquiry was conducted and the same was closed directing the respective parties to work out the remedy before the appropriate Civil Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner vehemently submitted that even without requiring the 3rd respondent to appear before the 2nd respondent police, the complaint given by the petitioner has been closed. In this regard, the 2nd respondent police is directed to issue summons to the petitioner as well as the 2/4

3rd respondent under Section 64 BNSS and conclude the inquiry as expeditiously as possible within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
