This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.12/2018 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that investigation in Crime No.12 of 2018 has been completed and a charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Theni on 25.06.2018.

3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before the concerned Court if so advised.
