ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 6th respondent to register a case as against the respondents 1 to 5 as directed in the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Sivagangai in Cr.M.P.No.1856 of 2019 dated 22.02.2019 within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the sixth respondent, on instructions, would submit that as per direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the first information report has been registered in Crime No.12 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 498(A), 494, 323, 506(i) I.P.C and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the fact that the F.I.R has already been registered, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
