[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 ad 2, on instructions, would submit that a case under Section 302 of IPC was registered against the third respondent, who is now under judicial custody. The body of the detenu is also exhumed, after identification made by the third respondent.
