ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 19.03.2018, for the offences punishable under Sections 341 and 307 I.P.C., in Crime No.198 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.It appears that charge sheet has been filed in this case and investigation is over.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) opposed the grant of bail citing the bad antecedents of the petitioner. 5.Since, specific overt acts are attributed to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ by the prosecution and the respondent police are of the view that
