ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to instruct the third respondent for not to harass the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representations, dated 19.03.2021 and 31.03.2021.

2. Earlier the same petitioner moved an application seeking similar prayer in Crl.OP(MD)No.5152 of 2021. That was dismissed for default on 26.04.2021. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that in this petition, his name was wrongly printed as R.Alagunmani instead of R.Alagumani. Such a submission, cannot be accepted.

3. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to file an application to restore the case in Crl.OP(MD)No.5152 of 2021.
