ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register a case upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 06.01.2016 and investigate in accordance with law and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate cor the respondents.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that on the complaint dated 06.01.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 13.03.2016 and a copy of the closure report has also been served to the petitioner.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
