This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.346 of 2017. 2.This Court already disposed of the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 23.02.2022 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in C.C.No.346 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned Judicial Magistrate, requests further time to dispose of the said case. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted for disposing C.C.No.346 of 2017 and the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur, Fast Track Court @ Magisterial Level, Karur, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay."
