This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint, dated 04.06.2018 and take necessary action in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 04.06.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition. 4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence is made out, the same shall be registered and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

proceed in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if it is not, the second respondent police shall drop further proceedings. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
