ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai to dispose the case in C.C. No. 3 of 2017 within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai to dispose the case pending in C.C. No. 3 of 2017 within a period of Six Months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
