This petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case against the accused on the complaint dated 19.10.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.
3. On a reading of the complaint dated 19.10.2015, it essentially appears to be a family dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party. Hence, no positive direction as prayed for can be given.
