O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.04.2022 and to entrust the investigation of this case to respondent No.4 registered in Crime No.13 of 2022 on the file of the fifth respondent police station and attach the company properties in accordance with law within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 20.04.2022.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner without expressing any opinion on merits of this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.04.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
