This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.87 of 2019, on the file of the first Respondent Police, dated 25.03.2019.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aundipatti, Theni District, and the same was taken on cognizance in C.C.No.159 of 2021.

3.Since final report has been filed before the concerned Court, nothing survives for further adjudication or further consideration in this petition. Hence the petition has become infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of the final report, they shall work out their remedy through appropriate proceedings.
