ORDER
This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 29.01.2016 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that on the complaint dated 29.01.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 29.02.2016.
4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to send a closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
