ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.571 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the second respondent police after completing investigation has filed the final report before the learned Juvenile Court, Tirunelveli and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.346 of 2021.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
