O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take suitable action on the petitioner's representation submitted to them, on 06.11.2014 . https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. According to the petitioner, she is a MSO (Multi System Operator) in Cholavanthan, Madurai District, under the Arasu Cable TV Corporation. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has given a representation to the respondents on 06.11.2014 and so far, the said representation has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, she has filed the present writ petition.

3. Mr.Abdul Saleem, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/Arasu Cable TV Corporation submitted that they are ready and willing to consider the petitioner's representation within a time limit prescribed by this Court.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2014, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as any rival claimant, if any, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
