Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarfied Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings passed by the 3rd respondent herein made in Na.Ka.7316/2007/A1, dated 03.06.2008 and the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent made in Na.Ka.No.28097/2008/A4, dated 13.08.2012 and to quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to redo the proceedings afresh after affording appropriate reasonable opportunity to the petitioner by following the principles of natural justice.
