Respondent Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the respondent to take necessary steps to secure and produce body or persons of the detenu Pandi Roja aged about 26 years and minor son Hariharan, aged about 4 years before this Court and hand over to the petitioner.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's wife had eloped with one Palanivel and taken the child with her. In view of the above submisison, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
