RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP(MD)No. 8736/2018 dated 23.05.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.VAKEESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8736 of 2018, dated 23.05.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
