ORDER
This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 23.09.2015 and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to investigate and to file a final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.
3. On a reading of the complaint dated 23.09.2015, it essentially appears to be a money dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party. Hence, no positive direction as prayed for can be given.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
