Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.KA.RAAMAKRISHINAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8723 of 2018, dated 23.05.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.
