Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. Issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner has given a complaint before the first respondent on 09.04.2022 alleging that there has been a registration of fraudulent document.

4. The first respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry in terms of the circular then holding the field. Notice will be issued to all the concerned parties. Thereafter, final order shall be passed on merits and in accordance with law.

5. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions and defences of the private respondents are left open. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
