ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondent herein to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.45 of 2019 from the file of the third respondent to any other independent investigating agency for conducting proper investigation on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 25.02.2019.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that there are totally two accused in this case and both accused appeared before the Trial Court and admitted the offence. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9170 of 2019 Rs.3,000/- and the same has also been paid by the accused on 09.07.2021.

3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
