PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying this Court to call for the records and quash the First Information Report in Crime No.30 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, AWPS, Thilagar Thidal, Madurai City as against the first and second petitioners concerned alone.

ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.30 of 2020 on the file of 1st respondent police.

2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that investigation was over and a chargesheet was filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.184 of 2022, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mahila Court, Madurai. The case is posted on 21.04.2023 for appearance of the accused. 3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution and since chargesheet was already filed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
