This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2025 and provide permission to run the recreation club in a peaceful manner.
2.According to the petitioner, he is the President of Nachiyar Recreation Club duly registered as per Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975. While so, the third respondent more often under the guise of inspection, asked the petitioner to produce the registration certificate and the permission obtained from the Government, for that the petitioner also produced all the documents. In spite of that the third respondent creating bad impression among the members. Therefore, the petitioner sent the representation dated 14.03.2025 to the respondents 1 to 3, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 2/5
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have received the petitioner's representation and the petitioner has not produced relevant documents. If the petitioner appears with relevant documents, they will consider the representation and act in accordance with law. 4.Since the respondent police admitted the receipt of the petitioner's representation and the same is under enquiry, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent on 05.04.2025 with all relevant documents and the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, thereon.
