PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate and I Additional Mahila Court, Madurai to expedite the trial in C.C.No. 18 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate and I Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and dispose of the same. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to expedite the trial in C.C.No. 18 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate and I Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and dispose of the same.

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate and I Additional Mahila Court, Madurai to dispose the case pending in C.C. No. 18 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
