This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioners.

2. The grievance of the petitioners is that a civil suit is pending between the petitioners and the fourth respondent and now pending suit, based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, the second respondent police has registered the F.I.R. against the petitioners in Crime No.20 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of I.P.C., and the investigation is pending.

4. Considering the fact that already F.I.R. has been registered against the petitioners and the investigation is pending, at this stage the prayer sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted.
