ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323 and 506 (ii) of IPC in Crime No.Not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have lodged a complaint against the officials belonging to the Bank and the same was taken on file by the respondent police in CSR No.75 of 2021. It was further submitted that a false counter complaint was given by the Bank in order to pressurize the petitioners to withdraw the complaint given by them and the petitioners are being put to harassment. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD).No.6368 of 2021 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police submitted that the complaint given against the petitioners as well as the complaint given by the petitioners have been enquired and also closed.
