ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(A), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act and Section 77 of the Juvenile Justice (Child and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 in Crime No.21 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were found in illegal possession of 30 grams of Ganja. Hence, the case.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

CRL OP(MD). No.6426 of 2023 4.It is a case of NDPS Act. The petitioner already moved this Court by filing Crl.O.P(MD).No.4580 of 2023 and the same was dismissed by this Court stating that though the petitioner was found in possession of 30grams of Ganja, he is not entitled for anticipatory bail. Since he has involved in seven previous cases, out of which, one case is similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. There is no change in circumstances. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
