PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 2nd respondent to investigate under section 202(i) of Cr.P.C and submit report before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivagangai, as per the order passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivagangai in Cr.M.P.No.3678 of 2021, dated 19.11.2021 within stipulated time.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to investigate under section 202(i) of Cr.P.C and submit report before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivagangai, as per the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivagangai in Cr.M.P.No.3678 of 2021, dated 19.11.2021 within stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I (FAC) Sivagangai has directed the Inspector of Police , Town (L&O)Police Station to investigate the case under Section 202(i) of Cr.P.C and submit a report before the Court, however the same has not been considered, hence the present petition has been filed.

3. In view of the same, Inspector of Police , Town (L&O)Police Station, Sivagangai District is directed to investigate the case under Section 202(i) of Cr.P.C as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I (FAC) Sivagangai and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
