ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b),387 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.21 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner at knife point had taken a sum of Rs.500/- from the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report

4. This is the second application for anticipatory bail and the earlier petition was dismissed on the ground that 10 previous cases are pending against the petitioner. Taking note of the fact that https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.6332 of 2023 there is no change in circumstances of the case even after the dismissal of the earlier petition, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
